My research

My research focuses on how digital technologies can provide meaningful support to people and organisations in their everyday lives. AI-supported decision-making models help to use resources more efficiently, for example in production, logistics or administration, thereby contributing to economic sustainability. The analysis of text-based information enables a better understanding of public communication, for example in the media or company reports, and supports transparent decision-making processes. In addition, I investigate how people perceive and use digital systems in order to design technologies that are comprehensible, fair and people-oriented.
